For best results we recomend measuring a current pair of shorts that fit and comparing it to the attached size chart.

Chest: The best way to measure is to get a pair of shorts that currently fits and lay it flat down like the attached chart and measure the waistband width and length as per size chart. The 1/2 waistband measurement is the most important in regards to achieving the correct fitting garment.
