Frequently Asked Questions

  • WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?
Sublimation allows for unlimited creativity, it has virtually no design, logo or colour restrictions. In sublimation the inks are fused into the fabric as opposed to sitting on top of the fabric as they do when inkjet or screen-printing is used. The process not only gives fabrics a softer touch after the printing, but it is also very durable while colours remain strong in light and after extensive washing.
  • DO YOU CHARGE FOR CUSTOM APPAREL ARTWORK?
We keep our clients costs to a minimum and therefore we do not charge a design fee. We may need to charge a logo redraw fee if clients cannot supply high quailty logos but we will advise if this is the case.
  • WHAT FORMAT DO YOU REQUIRE LOGOS/ARTWORK IN?
We require vector format files when possible (these can include .ai - .eps - .svg - .pdf files). If you do not have access to vector format files, high quality .jpeg - .png - .tif - .bmp files may suffice (however we will not be able to modify these in anyway unless redrawn). Should your logo require redrawing for any reason, OS2 Performance will always seek your approval before redrawing any logo and provide you with a quote on the logo redraw.
  • CAN YOU CREATE A TEAM LOGO?
Yes we can create your team/club or organisation a custom logo, however costs will be involved. Contact us for pricing.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
