Product Care and Sizing

All garments OS2 Performance supply are manufactured to the highest exacting standards, however we advise that customers always read the garment care label and follow the recommended washing instructions.

Fabric printed by a sublimation process can re-print if subjected to high temperatures, however heated pressing or ironing should not be applied to printed logos, motifs or badges. We ask that customers do not iron sublimated products.

As all fabric can discolour by staining or perspiration (particularly in the lighter shades), OS2 Performance will not accept any liability for garments that discolour in this manner. Likewise, we will not accept liability for any garments damaged through incorrect care.

OS2 Performance will supply size charts to ensure you are ordering the correct sizes for your club or team. Most size charts are located on www.os2.co.nz or by contacting us. We can also supply samples of garments to try on to local teams/clubs and organisations. OS2 Performance will not accept liability for sizes incorrectly ordered by a customer if our size charts/samples have not been used.
